Therefore, the information supplied by you will only be used to process your order and provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. In addition, we will make every effort to enhance our services, products and promotions for added value to you. In addition, Giella.com will not sell, trade or in any way distribute your personal information.

 

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY  

Free standard shipping (within the continental US) on orders over $50.00, before tax and shipping charges. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged $6.00 for standard ground shipping & handling.  International orders will be charged $12 for shipping.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. Any orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.

 

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are only allowed on UNOPENED products within 2 weeks of original purchase date.

No refunds on any custom items.
